добавьте бесплатный шаблон в word press

hiiiii , is there any way to apply any website template  to a word press ??
i mean any template such as exist in <a href="http://www.freewebsitetemplates.com/">http://www.freewebsitetemplates.com/</a>[<a href="http://www.freewebsitetemplates.com/" target="_blank" title="New Window">^</a>]

i find beautiful template [ html+css ] and i need to apply it to word press ? so what should i do ?
