Google geolocation api не возвращает вывод?

Привет,

Я попытался получить местоположение пользователя с помощью api геолокации google, но я получаю нулевое значение в ПК (winnodws7, firefox 8) и ошибку тайм-аута в мобильном телефоне(samsung galaxy s3 mini, android, firefox).Я взял ключ api и активировал api, но все еще не могу получить местоположение, я вставлю свой код ниже
