Как добавить быструю панель инструментов alway show at pointsion влево или вправо в excel с помощью VB.NET использование VSTO

привет,
I just downloaded and tried the Kutool for Excle application available at: http: //www.extendoffice.com/
I found them to display a very fast utility bar, always on the left side of the Excel spreadsheet.

Is there any way I can do that?

And moreover, they can hide the taskpanel's header in excel and set the width to be less than the specified minimum width of the taskpanel.

Is there any way to do this, I have searched for a long time but have not found out.
