Один из участников на этой странице сказал, что httpAddUrl не работает, кроме запуска от имени администратора. Раньше я считал, что запуск командной строки от имени администратора означает запуск последующей программы, запущенной через нее от имени администратора. Я ошибаюсь? Если я прав, то что же заставляет HttpAddUrl терпеть неудачу с кодом ошибки 87?
Но если я ошибаюсь, то как можно запустить программу от имени администратора из командной строки?
