Ошибка из-за своевременной отладки

Привет ребята,

У меня есть приложение windows forms, которое управляет двумя службами windows. Пока я его отлаживал, у меня отключилось электричество. Затем в следующий раз, когда я попытаюсь запустить свое приложение, я столкнусь с этой ошибкой здесь. Кто-нибудь может помочь мне это исправить? Повредил ли я GAC?
