I have done an app with the following methods:

Real estate private offices app:

- search properties
- transfer property
- blokcchain take care for every transfer of property

This is already donne my solidity and metamask.

I need to find a recommendation which will do the below methods:

- take monthly unit reading from db(have a db with readings)
- generate monthly renting cost for the private office rented
- pay the owner via automated transactions ( blockchan could be included for security 
  reasons
Can someone tell me what should i use for the mentioned methods ?
