Связь между visual basic и delta v

Hello,

I need to make a system in Visual basic that allows me to communicate with the delta v software .

I want to write a program through Visual Basic that can do something by taking text, for example, if I wrote Mozilla open , the Mozilla brozer\program will run, or if I wrote open delta v  , delta v can run this command.

What I have tried:
