Wcf-привязка-несоответствие.как устранить следующую ошибку?

Я создал сервис wcf и разместил его. После хостинга я протестировал сервис с помощью клиента wcftest, он работает нормально. Но после добавления той же службы в Windows schedular она не работает. Я получаю ошибку, преследует в Windows при обращении к сервису:-
Я публикую файл web.config службы и windows schdular.

{"The remote server returned an error: (415) Cannot process the message because the content type 'text/xml; charset=utf-8' was not the expected type 'application/soap+xml; charset=utf-8'.."}

Помощь оказана.
