Загрузка Winscp не удалась в C#

Всем Привет,
Я использую Winscp для перемещения файлов с одной машины на другую.
его файл размером менее 100 Кб перемещается правильно без ошибок.
Но более 100кб файл не двигается.

Я использую следующий код
